ANNEXATION REFORM GETTING ATTENTION IN SENATE

April 19th, 2008 · No Comments

On Thursday the Michigan Senate initiated action on annexation reform legislation on the floor. A substitute (S-1) to SB 1078, sponsored by Sen. Bruce Patterson (R-Canton Charter Township), was approved on second reading and will now move to third reading on the Senate Calendar.
